Black forest cuckoo clock 1870 Beautifully carved, pine stained walnut case with architectural pediment adorned with carved leaf and acorn decoration. Bone Roman numerals with finely carved bone hands to the ringed dial. A double opening door at twelve o’clock with carved decoration reveals a fully articulated cuckoo bird, cuckooing and striking the hours and halves on a coiled gong.
